Character Clocktower House is a 17th Century end-terraced  cottage   situated in  the traditional little village of St Teath, 4 to Port Isaac & 8  miles from Boscastle, North Cornwall.  4 miles to the beach at Trebarwith Strand. Polzeath beach 8 miles. Bodmin Moor 3 miles. 2  minutes stroll to  the lovely White Hart pub (a  family pub, good meals, with rear courtyard seating).The cottage has kept its original character having exposed beams etc. & has been recently improved: higher standard and attractive accommodation.  Heating by  woodburner (can buy wood & coal locally) in inglenook fireplace  in  lounge , also inglenook open fire in dining room (logs & coal avail locally)  & night storage heaters throughout. Reasonable size enclosed surfaced front garden; & rear courtyard. Garden furniture . On the road parking outside  front of house, always lots of room, no restriction. 2 dogs are welcome.

Accommodation: First bedroom has 1 double bed. Second bedroom  has 2 single beds. Third bedroom has bunk beds & 1 single bed. Fourth bedroom  has 2  single beds. Roomy lounge with inglenook fireplace, seating for 7 , T.V. & video (play only) . Large dining room with seating for 9 people, an inglenook fireplace .  kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, dishwasher, 2 fridges, washing machine and freezer. Attractive heated sunny consevatory (built 2005) with  dining area and soft seating. Bathroom has a bath, tap fitted shower, toilet. Also shower room with shower unit & toilet.
