Pretty ‘Chest-Tre’ is a character semi-detached cottage in tiny Delabole village, under 5 miles from the quaint fishing village of Boscastle, North Cornwall.Camelford is 3 miles. The good sandy beach at Trebarwith Strand is 3 miles with Polzeath beach near Rock 10 miles. Lovely walks along the rugged North Cornwall coastline and footpaths leading from Delabole village. A short walk to village pub & shops. A few minutes walk to Ferndale Farm coarse fishing lakes. There are 3 lakes with carp (up to 15 lbs),bream (up to 12 lbs),tench,roach & rudd. 2002 charges for all day fishing: Adults £4,Children £3-extra rod £1. Peaceful countryside lakes. The rear garden is enclosed but open to next door's tiny garden on one side. Heating by coal fires in lounge & dining room (fuel from garage). Woodburner in entrance hall . Also night storage heaters in all bedrooms, lounge & dining room, available individually at £4 per heater per week each, if required (payment to owner upon arrival). Private parking bay opposite for 2 cars. £1 electric meter. No pets please.

Accommodation: First bedroom has 1 double bed. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. 3rd bedroom has 1 double bed. No suitable room in the bedrooms for a cot. Lounge with T.V. Dining room. Kitchen has an electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer. Bathroom has a bath and an overhead shower.
