‘The Cottage’ is converted from an old farm building,  on Yeomadon Farm near the village of Pyworthy , 3 miles from Holsworthy and 8 miles from Bude and the North Cornwall beaches. A traditional family run 130 acres dairy farm, in beautiful countryside near the Cornwall/Devon border. Holidaymakers can  watch milking and other farm activities.  Enjoy the  walks around the fields, woodland walks and lakes and welcome to take your dog with you. Just a short walk through a field  to FREE fishing on the farm’s 3 lakes (2 lakes with carp and 1 lake with trout) with carp up to 20 lbs. Can also use the  farm’s grass tennis court. There is a good size  private garden just visible in photo and parking close to the farmhouse. The cottage has character,  with wooden beams and stone walls. Attractive country views from the cottage and garden. As well as the superb beaches and resort facilities at Bude there is lots to do in the area, including the Eden Project ( 1 hour  away by car); often overlooked Dartmoor with its famous ponies; National Trust properties and gardens; Roadford Rervoir for water sports, trout fishing and walks; Clovelly and Dartington Crystal where you can watch glassware being made. Plenty of parking room close to the  farmhouse. Electric panel heaters (provides plenty of heating). £1 electric meter. 2 dogs welcome (but please do not let dogs go unattended in the cottage).
 
 
Accommodation: A small staircase opens onto first bedroom  with bunk beds. 2nd bedroom has 1 double bed and is accessed via first bedroom. A child safety gate at the top of staircase. Downstairs bathroom has an overhead shower. Lounge with T.V. Kitchen/diner has an  electric cooker, microwave and fridge. Washing machine.
