A higher standard semi-detached farmhouse in a peaceful countryside position in tiny Grimscott village, 4 miles to the lovely beaches at Bude, North Conrnwall. Bude is known for its spectacular & rugged coastal walks, from the wild beauty of Hartland Point to legendary King Arthur’s Castle at Tintagel- and of course its huge classic sandy beaches. Lots in the area: Bude beach resort attractions - indoor swimming pool (with wave machine) and huge free beach swimming pool,18 hole golf course, tennis, etc. The Tamar Lakes are 6 miles: nature reserve with trout and coarse fishing,bird watching, sailing. A small family farm (the owners live next door). Central heating inclusive(Sept 30 to April 1). Electric fires. Plenty of off the road parking for 4 cars. Enclosed rear lawn with good views.
