In a fantastic position for beach and town ‘The Cottage’ is situated in Bude beach resort, North Cornwalll. Higher standard,ground floor accommodation. The cottage is under 7 minutes walk to excellent Crooklets beach & a similar walk to Bude town shops. The house is just outside the main shop area, overlooking the golf course (day tickets). Bude’s excellent classic sandy beaches are amongst the best in Cornwall. There are varied holiday attractions in Bude , Bude being a great favourite for surfers; a free large beach open air swimming pool, golf course, with boating & fishing on Bude canal and much more. A fantastic walk is the approx 2 miles walk to Sandymouth beach along the various connecting beaches- or can choose the cliff top option. For children there are Killarney Springs and Brocklands adventure parks (mostly under cover) and are good value-they are 5 miles away. A good size and enclosed front garden (fenced in) comprising a small lawn & patio areas (with garden furniture) . Lots of parking on lane outside (no restrictions, usually plenty of room) and also own off the road parking space at rear.1 dog is welcome (summerleaze beach allows dogs;the cliff walks and other beaches along this stretch of coastline welcome dogs).

Accommodation: First bedroom has 2 single beds. A futon double bed in the lounge/diner. Kitchen has a hob unit, electric oven, microwave, fridge/freeze, washing machine. Open plan lounge/diner with T.V. Bathroom has a bath, overhead power shower and toilet.
