This is a high standard end terraced holiday bungalow, about 11 years old, on a small estate of 17 holiday bungalows in a beautiful countryside setting. Only 1 and a quarter miles into Bradworthy village,North Devon. Under 8 miles to the nearest good beach with other small beaches nearby.10 miles to the beaches at Bude, North Cornwall. Only 2 miles to Tamar Lakes Nature Reserve . The bungalow offers good standard modern
accommodation, the design having been chosen to blend in with the surroundings. The setting is landscaped with trees, being spacious and surrounded by fields, so huge areas for children to play in andexplore. The estate is not at all commercialised and is in fact rather quiet. The bungalow is reached by a long lane and so is away from any main road traffic. Adjacent off the road parking space for 2 cars. Heating by 1 electric fire & fan heaters.1 dog is welcome.
