A nicely furnished semi-detached farmhouse on a family working farm, at Great Trevillian, in a beautiful setting, only 6 miles from Boscastle , North Cornwall. A traditional character but modernised farmhouse 7 miles to Widemouth Bay beaches and Crackington Haven small sandy beach 5 miles. A farm setting with good sized enclosed lawn; also other garden area. Country views from bedrooms.A rural countryside setting on a side lane, on a 210 acre farm (sheep, lambs - in season & cattle) - with plenty of space and room for children to play. Enjoy the the peaceful setting but you will still be in easy reach of the coast . A pretty walk leading from the farmhouse is to stroll down the lane to the ford over the tiny stream. River walks, also wooded areas and a secluded & good size farm lake approx 100 yards long (stocked with coarse fish-restocked 2004) which is fed by the stream.The lake is just for holidaymakers use and makes a perfect setting to enjoy a picnic. There is an Inn at Wainhouse Corner 2 miles away. A recently built fenced in Farm play area with swings, climbing frame etc. £1 electric meter. Lots of off the road parking at rear of farmhouse for 3 or more cars. Coal fire in lounge. Central heating.1 dog welcome ( sheep in fields so please keep dog under strict control where necessary).

Lounge with T.V. & bench window seat (seats 10 in loungeat at dining table in kitchen). Upstairs bathroom with bath & w.c. Downstairs shower room with w.c and shower.
